Product Availability Notice
Occasionally, due to high demand or inventory fluctuations, an item you wish to order may become unavailable after the order is placed, leading to a cancellation. You acknowledge that such cancellations may occur even after receiving an Order Confirmation and agree that Not Mined may do so without penalty.

In rare instances, you might receive a Shipping Confirmation, only to have the item become unavailable due to inventory discrepancies. In such cases, we reserve the right to withdraw our acceptance and cancel your order without penalty.

For items on backorder, please reach out via email for restock information. Given the dynamic nature of our inventory, some items may become unavailable before we can update the site. Should this occur after your order is placed, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

To ensure the safety and integrity of your purchase, Not Mined insures and registers all items for their full value. Deliveries are strictly made to physical business or home addresses, excluding P.O. Box addresses. For added security, an adult signature is required for all orders exceeding £500 GBP in value.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Product Cancellation Policy

Diamond Certificate Policy
For orders including loose diamonds, each comes with a detailed grading report from respected diamond laboratories. Due to the high cost of these documents, we require the return of the diamond grading report with any returned diamond. Failure to return the grading report will result in a replacement fee of £150 GBP (or the equivalent in other currencies).

 

Accuracy and Information Disclaimer
Not Mined endeavours to provide current and accurate information through our website, emails, chats, and phone communications. However, we do not guarantee the information to be always correct, accurate, or complete.

Product Representation
Product images on the Not Mined website may vary in size compared to actual products due to differences in computer monitor settings. Additionally, due to standard industry practices and regulations, the total carat weight of diamonds may vary by 0.05 carats from the stated weight. We provide the minimum total carat weight for pieces set with multiple diamonds. The colour and clarity grades are indicated as either a minimum or an average based on the number of diamonds. All diamonds meet or exceed the quality stated.

 

Design Rights
Not Mined holds unrestricted rights to all jewellery designs, whether custom or standard, and may market or sell jewellery based on these designs.

 

Representations
We provide information regarding gemstone origin, recycled content of precious metals, and other details to the best of our knowledge but do not guarantee or warrant such information.

 

Privacy and Cooperation with Authorities
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose personally identifiable information.
