All orders are subject to availability and payment verification.
In some cases, selected diamonds or materials may become unavailable after an order is placed due to inventory updates or supplier availability. If this happens, we will contact you with alternative options or provide a full refund.
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and accepted.
Production & Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the product type, customisation requirements, shipping destination, and courier service.
Bespoke, made-to-order, or customised jewellery may require additional production time before dispatch.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping & Delivery
We use trusted and fully insured delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely and securely.
All shipments require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
For higher-value orders, additional identity verification may be required before dispatch or delivery.
Where permitted, we may ship to an alternative address for security-approved orders.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order value, and selected delivery method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Taxes, Duties & International Orders
For international deliveries, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local charges required by the destination country.
Customers are responsible for complying with local import laws and regulations.
Risk & Ownership
Ownership of goods transfers to the customer once full payment has been received.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery and signature receipt.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details so we can investigate and assist.
Failed Deliveries & Refused Shipments
If a delivery is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect customer information, additional shipping or handling charges may apply.
Pricing Errors
While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing and product information, occasional errors may occur.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders affected by pricing inaccuracies, technical issues, or typographical errors. In such cases, a full refund will be provided where payment has already been made.
Delivery Insurance
All orders are fully insured during transit until delivery has been completed and signed for.
Once delivery has been accepted at the shipping address, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer.
