Can I create a bespoke engagement ring?
Yes — our bespoke service allows you to design a ring that's as unique as your love story. Book a complimentary consultation in-store or virtually to get started.
How long does it take to make an engagement ring?
Most engagement rings are crafted within 2–3 weeks. If you need yours sooner, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer resizing?
Yes — each ring includes one complimentary resize. We'll send you a ring sizer if you're unsure of your size.
Can I buy a diamond setting without a diamond?
We prefer to guide you through the full ring so quality is consistent end-to-end. Our bespoke service can create something tailored to your needs.
Does my lab grown diamond come with a certificate?
Yes — every diamond comes with an independent grading certificate (IGI or GIA) confirming its 4Cs.
How do I find my ring size?
We send a complimentary ring sizer in the post. You can also select "Order free ring sizer" at checkout and we'll confirm your size before production begins.
Can I engrave a message on the ring?
Yes — engraving can be added at checkout.
Can I see diamonds before I choose?
Absolutely. Book a virtual or in-store consultation and we'll show you a curated selection matching your brief.
Orders, Payment & Shipping
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna for flexible payments. Bank transfer is also available — contact us for details.
How much does shipping cost?
Free UK delivery on all orders. International shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes — all orders require a signature to ensure your jewellery arrives safely.
When will my order arrive?
Standard rings are crafted and shipped within 2–3 weeks. Bespoke pieces may take longer depending on design complexity.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Duties and taxes for non-UK orders may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders enter production quickly. Please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to help. Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible.
Are duties and taxes included in the price?
For UK orders, yes — the price shown is the price you pay. For international orders, local duties may apply.
Returns & Exchange
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on non-personalised, non-engraved items in original condition. Bespoke and made-to-order rings are final sale.
What is your exchange policy?
We accept exchanges on eligible items within 30 days. Engagement rings and engraved pieces are made to order and cannot be exchanged.
How do I return an item?
Email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll send a prepaid return label for UK orders.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Can I return a bespoke or engraved item?
Unfortunately not — personalised and made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you and are final sale.
Are returns free?
Yes — UK returns are free. International return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

How do I find my ring size?
We send a complimentary ring sizer by post. Alternatively, select "Order free ring sizer" at checkout.
What if my ring doesn't fit?
Each ring includes one complimentary resize. Contact us with your order number and we'll arrange it.
Do your necklaces come in different lengths?
Yes — chain lengths are listed on each product page. Contact us if you'd like a custom length.
Can I adjust a necklace or bracelet after purchase?
Yes — email us after placing your order and we'll provide a quote for the adjustment.
Our Diamonds
What are lab grown diamonds?
Lab grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. They are created in a controlled environment using advanced technology that replicates the natural growing process — without the environmental and ethical cost of mining.
Are lab grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes — absolutely. Lab grown diamonds have the same properties as mined diamonds. The only difference is their origin. Both are graded by the same international gemological standards.
Why choose a lab grown diamond?
Lab grown diamonds are conflict-free, more sustainable, and offer better value — you get a larger, higher-quality stone for the same budget as a mined diamond.
Are your diamonds independently certified?
Yes — all diamonds above 0.5ct come with an IGI certificate. We can provide GIA certification on request.
How do I choose the right diamond?
Our experts guide you through cut, clarity, colour, and carat during your complimentary consultation — online or in person.
Can I request a specific diamond?
Yes — use our Request a Diamond service and we'll source options matching your brief within 24–48 hours.
Materials & Craftsmanship
What materials do you use?
We use solid 18ct gold (yellow, white, and rose), platinum, and lab grown diamonds. All metals are ethically sourced.
Why 18ct gold and not 9ct?
18ct gold contains 75% pure gold, making it more durable, richer in colour, and far less likely to tarnish or cause skin reactions than lower-carat alloys.
Where are your rings made?
Designed in London and handcrafted by expert artisans in trusted workshops to the highest standards.
Can I create a bespoke piece that isn't an engagement ring?
Yes — our bespoke service covers wedding bands, eternity rings, and other fine jewellery. Book a consultation to discuss your vision.
Does gold fade?
Solid 18ct gold does not fade or discolour. Unlike gold plating, solid gold retains its colour and quality for a lifetime.
Care & Composition
What should I do if my jewellery breaks?
Contact us immediately. We stand by the quality of every piece and will assess the best resolution.
Can I wear my jewellery in water?
Solid 18ct gold is water-resistant and will not be damaged by daily wear, swimming, or showering. We still recommend removing jewellery before activities where it could be knocked or scratched.
Will my ring scratch or wear away?
All metals scratch over time with daily wear. We offer a complimentary polish service — contact us to arrange.
How do I clean my jewellery at home?
Soak in warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap for 15 minutes. Gently scrub with a soft toothbrush, rinse, and pat dry with a soft cloth.
How should I store my jewellery?
Store each piece separately in its original box or a soft pouch to prevent scratches. Avoid exposing jewellery to perfume, harsh chemicals, or extreme heat.
Our Warranty
What does your warranty cover?
Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects. We will repair or replace any piece that fails due to a fault in craftsmanship at no cost to you.
What is not covered by the warranty?
General wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, and damage caused by improper use or storage are not covered. Items that have been altered by another jeweller are also excluded.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll assess the piece and confirm the next steps within 48 hours.
Do you offer repairs outside of warranty?
Yes — if your piece is outside warranty or the damage is not covered, we are happy to provide a repair quote.

Do you have a physical store?
We operate by appointment. Book a complimentary private consultation in London to view diamonds and designs in person.
How do I book a consultation?

Are consultations free?
Yes — all consultations are completely complimentary with no obligation.
What languages are consultations available in?
English and French.
Can I try rings on during a consultation?
Yes — we can show you a range of styles and settings during your appointment to help you find the perfect design.
Gift Cards
Do gift cards expire?
No — NOT MINED gift cards never expire and can be used until the full value has been redeemed.
Can a gift card be sent directly to the recipient?
The gift card is sent to the email address entered at checkout. You can forward this directly to your recipient or print it as a gift.
Can I get a refund on a gift card?
Gift cards are non-refundable but never expire, so there is no risk in holding them.
Do you offer physical gift cards?
Currently our gift cards are digital only. If you have a special request, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
