Stone Loss (Over 0.02ct)

Loss, Theft, or Accidental Damage
Our warranty doesn’t cover items that are lost, stolen, or damaged due to improper care or handling.

Unauthorised Repairs
Any work done by a jeweller outside of Not Mined will void your warranty (except ring resizing abroad, if no other work is done).

How to Make a Claim
If you believe there’s a manufacturing issue, simply contact us. You’ll be asked to return the piece for evaluation with a fully refundable £50 deposit (covering shipping and inspection). If it’s a warranty issue, we’ll repair or replace the item free of charge—including return shipping.

Resizing and certain designs (like halo or multi-stone rings) may naturally be more delicate. We recommend extra care when wearing and storing your jewelry to help keep it in perfect condition.
